Moreover, existing market systems did not meet Telpark's need for continuous innovation due to their lack of flexibility.

BION single-handedly coordinates and operates all parking lot events autonomously, accelerates operators' ability to fix unforeseen issues, and monitors space occupancy.

BION has transformed parking lots' operational and maintenance costs by facilitating the centralization of operations for multiple facilities while also achieving advancements in fraud reduction, dematerialization, and user-friendliness. When implementing the system in new spaces, costs were diminished by 65% and the installation takes just one week. Moreover, the system's flexibility makes it possible to add new features every month.

In contrast to black box products offered by industry manufacturers, BION is not only fully managed by operators but is also highly flexible, which enables continuous innovation, allowing the operator to create solutions unavailable in the market. For users, the technology is very convenient. Not only does it eliminate the need for physical cards that can be easily lost, but its overall reliability translates into a positive experience in 99% of cases. Recognition

Our summer internship is as hands-on as it gets. A group of interns joins forces as a development team to create a tool Premium Minds will treasure. For two months, these aspiring developers and project managers are challenged to build an app from scratch. And with great power comes the great responsibility of having us as its target users.

There is so much more than meets the IT. Because we keep on looking inwards, we keep finding subjects that interest a lot of us. Sometimes we can be the experts and do our own talks - on history, travels or management strategies. Other times, we like to invite others to come and share with us, on topics such as  finance, the role of sleep or conscious communication.

Talks

We're quite serious about looking after our bodies and minds - a healthy team is a happy team. It is important to take breaks and give our brains some time to reset. That's why we cherish our mindfulness sessions or a visit to the zen room (and not only to wait for the code to compile). We also spend some time on our yoga mats, playing football or trying new sports together.

Well-being

All work and no play would make us dull. We like to invest some time in hanging out and sharing our non-code-related interests. That might involve grabbing a guitar, a ball, some board games, or hitting the dancefloor. And when stress arrives, these bonds come in handy.
